Klenzaa Inc. is a Toronto-based company offering technology-driven solutions and services that link customers in the short-term rental space with professional residential cleaning service providers.

We rely on cloud infrastructure and payment providers to host, process, and manage our systems and data. This encompasses:

  • Servers and Storage: Physical or virtual servers where data is processed and stored.
  • Networking: Components that facilitate data communication within the organization and externally.
  • Cloud Services: Public, private, or hybrid cloud environments (including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). For data privacy details specific to these providers, please refer to their own privacy policies. Klenzaa Inc. is not responsible for the data handling practices of these external platforms.

We may collect Personal Information relating to you as follows:

  • Property Related Details: Property addresses, ownership details, before/after images of the property, and keypad door/gate codes or security alarm codes to enable cleaner access when the owner is not present.
  • Payment Information: Payment card details collected and tokenized via Stripe, including billing address and transaction history. Full card numbers are never stored on our servers. All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance standards.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use Personal Information for the following purposes:

  • Property condition assessment and service validation
  • Payment processing and billing management

  • All user data is securely stored on cloud infrastructure provided by AWS and GCP.
  • Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. No payment data is stored on our own infrastructure.
  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
  • Access to sensitive data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
  • We are committed to handling user data responsibly and minimizing data collection to only what is essential to operate our platform.

5. Disclosure of Personal Information

In certain circumstances we may provide your Personal Information to third parties without further notice to you, unless required by law:

  • Service Providers: Vendors and service providers including hosting, customer service, cloud services, email communication, and web analytics providers, who process Personal Information solely as directed by us.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a strategic transaction, reorganization, bankruptcy, or transfer of service, your Personal Information may be disclosed to counterparties and transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of that transaction.

We do not "sell" Personal Information or "share" Personal Information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising, and we do not process sensitive Personal Information to infer characteristics about a consumer.

Our Services are not directed to minors under the age of 18. Klenzaa Inc. does not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 18.
